last night's supper

So I went grocery shopping yesterday and bought mostly convenience foods since my kitchen is packed. I haven't bought this kind of stuff in a while, so it's like a whole new world. I did grab some fresh salad greens and fruit.

Last night's dinner was Freschetta 4-cheese pizza and a salad of baby greens, strawberries and light cesear dressing. Touting a crust that rises as you bake it the pizza was pretty good. It could have used some fresh parmesan shreds sprinkled over the top and maybe some oregano. But the crust came out crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside and the cheese was good.

I also found personal ice cream tubs by Blue Bunny. Given my current sweet tooth, these really hit the spot. It's really two servings per tub, but it's not absolutely horrible if you eat the whole thing. Last night I chose Bunny Tracks which has caramel and fudge swirls plus chocolate covered peanut butter bunnies. OMG Yum. I also have Peanut Butter Panic and Super Fudge Brownie to try later.
