I've had it twice now. I didn't use cocoa powder either time, since I wanted a vanilla cake not a chocolate one. I did add white chocolate chips to the first one, but didn't like how it turned out at all. The chips sank to the bottom and got gooey.

The cake itself isn't bad for being born in a microwave. Very dense and spongy. It'll do in a pinch. I'm wondering if I can flavor it by adding koolaid mix to make strawberry or lemon or something. I'll try that later.
