Hey dog/cat breeders...

I know I have a couple of dog breeders on my list, and I'm curious what y'all think about requiring breeders to be licensed. My instinct is that all proper breeders wouldn't bat an eye at needing a license, but all the backyard, gonna make a quick buck people would protest.

Thoughts/insights?

The numbers in that post are appalling. Especially since he's talking about ONE COUNTY. I ... can't even wrap my head around what that means nationally.
