If you haven't done WotLK stuff yet, I think those quests were a huge improvement over old content. (much more fun!) The zones are really pretty and I think you can level really fast through them and not even see all of it. And it's only ten levels, so mounted you shouldn't have too much trouble exploring, I don't think. It's weird for as much time I've spent playing how much the expansions are blurring together... I always enjoyed Nagrand and Sholazar(?) Basin. Getting to the underwater area of Cata (at lvl 78?) would be worth it! Such a neat zone.
