I used this recipe:

I made small changes. I used salted butter since that's all I had and omitted the extra salt. I also used a lot more blueberries, but I can't say how many because I was just grabbing handfuls from the bucket. :)

I didn't have a problem with sticking because I put the paper cups in the tin, and then sprayed the hell out of the whole thing. They are rather flat like other reviewers said, but they are insanely yummy. Crunchy tops, soft insides and not so horribly sweet.
