off topic, but what was it like getting jake a passport? was it a huge PITA? did they give you a hard time about forms of id, or was it fine just having you and jason there with the birth certificate and ss card?
It was actually no big deal. I even had the form filled out for the other parent since Jason wasn't able to go with me. The only thing they commented on was his photo - the guy had sat him in a chair and you could see the back of the chair. The post office passport guy said they might reject it, but they didn't.
We just had the birth certificate and I think the SS card, but I can't remember. They basically just made sure everything was filled out and then sent it in.
