Anyone willing to make me this?

She only sells the pattern, which I will purchase. I will also purchase all needed materials. I probably can't pay for your time, but I can certainly make you something in trade if you want. Or if there's another pattern or maybe some yarn you'd really like I could get that for you.

Oh man, I have been loving that pattern ever since I saw it a few months ago. (Actually, I love a whole bunch of her patterns, but have not bought any of them due to the whole "omg, like my knitting queue isn't long enough already.)

Can you wait until after the holidays, as I'm headed for Vancouver on Friday and won't be back until the 30th? I would be happy to knit this for you, but I will totally understand if you want to go with someone else who's available right now. :) Just let me know!

Okay! I will be happy to knit the hat for you as soon as you send me the pattern and materials. :) I suspect that it might be a challenge to find white wool that will felt properly (often, white wool has been bleached so much that it's nigh unfeltable) but I'll keep my eyes out for something that will work.

(I have been staring and staring at the other patterns in her shop, and I fear that I love their whimsy but don't have space in my house for, say, a miniature village of felted gnome huts. Alas!)

I thought we'd have to wait until you bought the pattern to find out what yarns to use... but the pattern info is all on Ravelry, yay!

I want to make sure the hat color is to your liking, so it might be best if you check out the yarns in person if you have a local yarn store or a Joann's near you. Any worsted-weight yarn (aka medium weight yarn) should be fine... we'll need about 120 to 136 yards of the brown/main head color. :)
