Anybody subscribe to Kindle Unlimited? I'm trying to figure out if it's a good deal for me or not. I'm in the 30 day trial right now. I looked for two books, both on my TBR list. One they had, the other they didn't.  I don't feel like going through the 100s of books on my TBR list to see how many they have. Just wondering if they have most of the books you want to read, if you've found it a good deal, etc.

I tried out the free month and one paid month after, but it was not worth it to me to continue. Most of the books I intentionally looked for weren't available, and while there were plenty of books I would try, I ended up not liking most of them.

Newp. I look through it from time but it doesn't seem worth it for my reading style. I can read a lot of books at once but then go 2 months without reading another, etc.

ebookbb.com posts book downloads every day if you don't mind that sort of thing *cough* but PLEASE NOTE - I do not know what that site looks like without running an ad/script blocker. The d/l links are legit though. I usually remember to go through them every couple weeks and nab a couple things. (You can't wait too long though because they take down anything the publisher complains about.)

Very dangerous if you like Patterson and romance stuff. That's like 75% of it. Just HOW MANY ghost writers does that man have? He comes out with a book every other damn week! I don't read them because I wouldn't know wth to pick, there are so many.

I had to look him up to see how hyperbolic I was being....well, on his web site, dude has 16 books listed as being published in 2016. And almost all of them were hardcover editions. Sooooooo, I would score myself as 'no hyperbole' on that one. lol

Hey, I can't hate. I dip my toes into the Nora Roberts/JD Robb waters now and again and that bish churns them out quickly as well. /shrug

I've had Kindle Unlimited for over a year. I took a few breaks, but I usually go back. You get your money's worth if you read Romance since they are crazy prolific and I've even found some good sci-fi space opera series available through Unlimited. It is worth it for me, but I do get in slumps where I don't read as much.

You aren't likely to get top authors, but I do have a lot of really good indie authors I found through Unlimited. There is a lot of crap to wade through to find the gems so it might not be worth your time.
