It finally feels like Halloween time

I have 24 ghosts who have taken up residence in the maple tree, with a small graveyard below. Two jack-o-lanterns glowing on the front porch and a ton of decorations inside. The boy's costume is mostly done and I'll spend tomorrow prepping what I can for the party.

The only drawback is that I didn't dodge the cold bullet and my tonsil is so swollen I feel like I've swallowed a golf ball. Other than that everything's great. LOL

Aww feel better soon!

I just finished putting out our decorations :) We don't get to do as much because of the apartment situation, but we bought some super cute stuff at World Market last weekend that I just adore. I should take pictures before our friends come over tomorrow.

I finally figured out a great costume for myself... about a week too late. My only saving grace is that it's a pretty common one that I might still be able to snag at Target or one of those pop-up Halloween shops (though I would have preferred to make it)

I'm not decorating at all for Halloween this year. They way the front of the house currently is, theres not a good place to put things to be seen from the street (and I'm lazy)
