All my knitting/crocheting friends...

I have some questions for you.
Say I was going to make a bag like this one:

Dimensions are:
(folded flat): 11" (width) by 14" (height)
(upright): 7" x 4" (bottom) by 11" (height to drawstring - 13.5" to top of ruffle)
[Poll #1485029]
I'm getting ready to make a mock up and want to make sure it's useful.

The only disadvantage to this is that it doesn't close so I usually keep this bag at home. If I knit at the doctor's office, I usually try to take a bag that closes at the top or just use my backpack or something.
I have a Namaste bag, but I find it too big for most of my projects so it is basically my needle storage bag.

Date: 2009-11-14 03:29 pm (UTC)I really like fabrics that are super cute... gnomes, woodland animals, cutesy stuff more than modern type patterns.
What kind of price range are you going to be looking at?
For reference... my knitting project organization consists of little makeup bags for my notions and see-thru ziploc bags for the projects themselves. I tend to keep alot of projects on the go at once and seeing what's in each bag is handy.
I cant wait to see what you do here!
